A residential building with two stories and a partial basement, planned by Eng. L.Feinstein in the eclectic style prevalent when the building was erected. Despite its central location, the house was deserted for many years and its physical condition has deteriorated.
The building was listed for conservation as part of Tel Aviv-Jaffa’s municipal 2650B Conservation Plan.

Program: Renovation and conservation of the building, including removal of later additions, restoration of concrete, reconstruction of windows, doors, and shutters.
